About Me

With over two decades of experience in the realm of pet care, I have devoted my life to ensuring the well-being of our beloved companions.

I am a former Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician, a role I fulfilled with dedication for over 15 years. My experience spans various settings, from private clinics to shelter medicine and spay/neuter nonprofits. This background has endowed me with a comprehensive understanding of animal behavior, health, and care.

My journey with animals started very young.  As a family, we occasionally kept pets in our home for people who went on vacation or had emergencies. We rescued dogs and cats from the side of our country road, the church parking lot, and the high school parking lot - places they were often dumped. My home growing up was a revolving door of pets who were well-loved and members of the family.

I started using pet sitters for my own pets many years ago because one of my dogs developed stress colitis as a result of crowded boarding. I believe your pets should enjoy their life just as much while you’re away as they do when you’re home.

Thank you for trusting me with your pets!

- Carolyn
